CANCELLATION POLICY
Policy Reminder I require 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice or failure to appear for your appointment will result in being charge 50% of the fee for the service(s) you had booked. Why do I have this policy? I am a service based business. When you do not give me enough notice of cancellation or rescheduling, I lose the opportunity to earn an income. I allow a grace period of up to 7 mins from the start of your appointment time you must call if you know you will be coming in past the grace period. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled this will be determined on a case by case basis. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
